M. Murrell

M. Troy Murrell is engaged in the handling of formation and governance of business entities including choice of entity, buy-sell agreements and general advice on daily operational issues including human resource issues; business transactions including mergers, acquisitions and sales; real estate transactions including purchase and sale transactions and leases; and estate planning and probate law.

Mr. Murrell was born in San Angelo, Texas, in 1946. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1968, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1973. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1973. Mr. Murrell is currently a member of the Business Law and Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law sections of the State Bar of Texas. He is also a member Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions sections of the Dallas Bar Association. Mr. Murrell is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the United States Tax Court, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
